For the serious competitor, this category of competitors compete in any of the four KCBS categories. Teams must successfully compete in all four categories to qualify for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.

TEAM COMPETITION:

Entry Fee: $230 (additional fee per each entry for Special Category “Anything Goes Discos” and "Dessert")

Entry Fee Includes:

• One Entry into each of the Four Main Meat Categories
• 30’x40’ Pull-Through RV Pad
  • Each pad includes water, (1) 110/30 amp & (2) standard electrical outlet
    (Teams responsible for own extension cords & water hose)
• (2) 20 lb bags of ICE

“Anything Goes Discos” features a local backyard BBQ fundamental - The Disco (Plow Disk Cooking or Discada)
